Their mission is to reduce caregiver burnout and isolation by connecting caregivers with compassionate support, community resources, and practical help so no one feels alone.

Meals on Wheels Diablo Region provides nutritious meals, wellness checks, and support services to seniors and homebound adults throughout Contra Costa County. Their programs help older adults maintain independence, reduce isolation, and improve overall health and quality of life.
